4/16/20: Hourly FOH & BOH Staff Members – COVID Bonus Bay

EFFECTIVE APRIL 1st – April 30th
(yes, that means the paycheck you are about to get!)

 

Dear Tooth Hourly Staff Members,

These are trying times with extraordinary efforts being made by all. The backdrop of Corona Virus provides a scary reality. To-Go business, which we are beyond grateful to have, still provides just a fraction of our normal revenue. Nonetheless, we cannot ignore the amazing efforts you are all putting in every day to keep us all afloat. With the help of the Government’s CARES program and everyone’s plain old fashion hard work, we are beyond excited to be able to offer the following “Crisis Bonus” Pay.

All BOH workers: $4/hour crisis bonus on all hours worked April 1 – April 30th
All FOH workers: $2/hour crisis bonus on all hours worked April 1 – April 30th

These are TEMPORARY increases. By May 1st we will evaluate whether we can continue this program for the month of May. Harder times are surely in store for our businesses over the next year. Please be smart and save as much money as you can. This is going to be a long road for everybody. Thank you all so much and please be safe.
